ABOUT COVID -19
About Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a communicable respiratory disease caused by a new strain of coronavirus that causes illness in humans. Scientists are still learning about the disease, and think that the virus began in animals. At some point, one or more humans acquired infection from an animal, and those infected humans began transmitting infection to other humans.
There are several measures you can take to protect yourself from #COVID19.
SCIN will leverage on the South East’s common culture of community, self help and enterprise to build a robust framework to mitigate the scourge of Coronavirus.
Our goal is to leverage technology to scale and promote safe practices as well as advocacy in our local communities within the region.

Data will serve as the bedrock for our intervention while applying AI so as to map occurences around communites in the South East.
